Your first visit with us is a stress free 90-minute appointment with one of our expert stylists in a private dressing room with 3 of your nearest and dearest.


$50 booking fee - credited toward the cost of a gown purchased within 30 days of this appointment.


Follow-up visit

Come back for decision time to spend 60 minutes revisiting your favourites and have that YES moment!

  • WHEN SHOULD I START LOOKING FOR MY DRESS?

    We recommend booking your appointment up to a year in advance of your wedding date. If your wedding is within 6 to 9 months from now you should book asap. Standard delivery times for most of our designers is about 4 - 6 months, then you should allow about 6 to 8 weeks for the alteration process.

  • DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO TRY ON DRESSES?

    Yes, we operate by appointment only. Submit an appointment request through our website and we'll give you a call to book your appointment!

  • IS THERE AN APPOINTMENT FEE?

    A $50 + HST booking fee applies to all initial bridal appointments. This fee is credited toward a gown purchased within 30 days of the initial appointment. First time Follow-Up Appointments are no charge, and additional Follow-Up Appointments are $35 + HST. 


    For appointments canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time, a full refund will be issued.


    If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment or results in a No Show, the booking fee becomes non-refundable, and no credit will be applied.


    Accessory and Special Occasion appointments are no charges.


  • WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT MY APPOINTMENT?

    Your stylist will sit down with you to talk about the feel of your wedding and what you are looking for, as well as covering your budget and any style requirements before getting started. Then you will be guided through the racks of gowns and your stylist will help you select a variety of gowns for you to start with. After trying on your first selections we might choose some additional styles based on what you're liking. Then we will always go back and try on your favorites one more time and see if you are ready to say yes with us!



  • HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU'LL HAVE MY SIZE?

    When some brides start the shopping process at other stores they get thrown a lot of confusing information about bridal sizing. To make things clear - we can help brides who are a size 12/14 & above in “everyday” clothing. Bridal sizing is very confusing and frustrating and we try not to focus on the numbers and instead on the experience. 


    In terms of what sizes we carry; our samples in-store are bridal sizes 16 to 44, you will try on our samples from different designers in varying sizes and then we order your gown in whatever size you need. Some of our designers also offer custom sizing so that we can achieve the best fit possible and there will be less alterations needed.

  • WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

    Other than your fabulous self - seamless undergarments are your best friend. Shoes are not necessary. We suggest wearing undergarments that are close to what you think you'll wear on THE day. Also keep in mind your stylist will be helping you in and out of the gowns to an extent, you'll be besties by the end!!

  • WHO SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT, AND WHO SHOULD I NOT?

    Dress shopping can be overwhelming and weddings don’t always bring out the best in everyone. Bring the THREE most important, supportive and positive individuals who will cheer you on, listen to your perspective and know when to hold their tongues.

    Since we’re a smaller boutique,  we kindly ask that you leave young children under the age of 12 at home as there may be other brides in the store during your visit. Our goal is to ensure that everyone can enjoy a relaxed and positive experience while finding their perfect gown. If there are special circumstances, please indicate this when requesting an appointment, so that we can make the necessary arrangements to meet your needs.


    Picture this: a stress-free zone where everyone gets to slay in their gown search. So, leave the drama at the door and let's make finding that perfect dress a memorable affair! 

  • HOW DOES THE ORDERING PROCESS WORK?

    Once you find your gown, we take your measurements and go over sizing decisions and any customizations. A 50% deposit is required to place your order, you will be given an approximate delivery time and once your gown arrives we will have you in for a Meet-the-Dress appointment. The remaining 50% is due once your gown arrives and is usually paid at that appointment. If you are unable to come in when your gown arrives, payment of the balance can be made by e-transfer or credit card over the phone.

  • WHAT’S A TRUNK SHOW?

    A Trunk Show is when a designer sends us a selection of gowns from their collection that are not usually available in-store. We WISH we could buy every dress from each of our designers, but it's just not possible. This gives our brides a chance to choose from an even larger selection of gowns from a specific designer than what is already in our boutique. Trunk Shows are by appointment only and tend to book up quickly as they are usually only for a very limited time (only a week or two). Sometimes we will have a representative from the brand on hand in store during the weekend of the trunk show to answer any additional questions and to help with special customizations. There is always a special incentive if you purchase from that designer during the Trunk Show.



  • DO YOU CARRY BRIDESMAIDS OR MOTHER OF THE BRIDE/GROOM DRESSES?

    We have just introduced our new M2L Occasions collection! There are 45 chiffon styles and 10 velvet styles available in many different colours and any size you need. Everything is special order with standard delivery from 8 to 10 weeks with 4-week rushes available. Sample sizes to try on in-store range from size 8 to 30 with the bulk being in the 16 to 26 range. Our collection is made up of simple styles with many different necklines, some arm coverage, A-line and fitted skirt shapes, as well as some dresses with pockets! Please do know that we don’t have anything with beading or embellishment at this time.

  • IS THERE PARKING NEARBY

    One thing we absolutely love about Etobicoke - ample parking. You can park on Lake Shore Blvd, both sides of the street, there is also parking on Sixth & Seventh Streets. Green P lot in located just south of Lake Shore access via Sixth Street.  Another bonus parking is free on Sundays!

  • WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?

    We accept Debit, Cash, E-transfer, Visa, and Mastercard, unfortunately we are unable to accept AMEX at this time.
